HOW DO I ORDER?

If you finally want to buy the product with a simple click it will be added to your shopping cart, which you will be able to see at any time on the right side of the page. In this simple way you can add as many products as you want. Once you have completed your product selection click on the CART button below the list of products in your shopping cart.
In the cart you will see all the items you have selected and you can continue shopping by clicking on CONTINUE SHOPPING if you see that you still have something pending or you can click on the NEXT button to continue with the purchase process of the products you have already selected. At this point, you only have to follow the instructions that will appear on the screen, which consist of registering by filling in the necessary information to process your order (name, address, etc.) and the payment method that best suits your preferences (credit/debit card, transfer).

To make the process as clear as possible, it is important that when you make the transfer you put the order number in the concept. This will allow us to locate the payment as soon as possible so that we can prepare your order and get it to you swift. For your convenience we offer a maximum of 5 days between placing the order and making the payment, so that you have enough time to do it comfortably. Once we receive the payment (sometimes it can take several days from the moment the payment is made until we receive it) we will send you the order within the deadlines indicated to you.

In case of any error beyond our control, we will proceed immediately to correct it. If there is a typographical error and a customer has made a purchase decision based on such error, WoopRugs will notify the customer and the customer will have the possibility to cancel the purchase without any cost.
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Free shipping. All possible costs arising from customs duties shall be borne by the customer.
Delivery times will be between 4 and 5 weeks.
RETURN OF GOODS
Defective products
For returns of defective products, you have 7 days from receipt to present a complaint. Please send us an email to woop@wooprugs.com indicating the order number, your name, telephone number and a photo/s where you can clearly see the defect of the product you have received. At that time the photo/s will be evaluated by our quality department. If accepted, we will proceed to the automatic collection and replacement of the material as soon as possible.
Non-defective products
No returns or exchanges will be accepted as all the products we work with are made on demand.
The goods are checked, inspected and leave our warehouses in perfect conditions.
You should check, before the carrier leaves, that the package is in perfect condition. If you see any marks on the packaging, note them on the receipt that the agency will give you to sign. If you open the package and you notice any incident, please contact us at woop@wooprgus.com within 12 hours of receipt of the package, so that we can complain to the shipping agency.
In case of return, both the amount of the item and the shipping costs will be refunded once the product has been checked.
GUARANTEE
Products are guaranteed for 2 years. This guarantee covers only manufacturing defects, never damages caused by misuse, faulty installation or external repair or other reasons.
